There are moments in life that are true - true feelings you know you were meant to have. There is nothing to question. The love (or the lust or the trust) is true; it's real and there is no question in your mind that you are alive. The images and sounds of the moment are embedded in your mind for ever.
The moments caught in these paintings are true moments from my life, which is why I use realistic figures and settings to convey the universal honesty I am striving to portray.
